This Group Session 3 part Series, will be clearing energetic velcro and exploring shifts towards "other people's stress, dense energies, blocked emotions, or thoughts" to move through our awareness and start to move less through our cells and bodies.

* clearing empathic velcro and beliefs. 

* permanently detaching from Collective consciousness, not living out an archetype

* cleaning up some shadow side of light bearers (what we get out of it)
